FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

IHHT alternates short intervals of oxygen-reduced (hypoxic) air with oxygen-enriched (hyperoxic) recovery air, simulating altitude while you rest. Mitovit automates and personalises each interval to your response.

An automated hypoxia test sets your individual starting values, then intelligent biofeedback adjusts the oxygen concentration in real time to hold your target SpO₂ range, monitored by dual pulse oximeters and HRV analysis.

It is designed for professional wellness, recovery and performance settings and should be operated by trained or experienced operators, with users appropriately screened. We include operator training with every installation.

It is approximately 47.5 x 106 x 42 cm and around 68.8 kg, on a standard earthed supply, with a minimum 30 cm clearance from walls in a well-ventilated room.
